Community Care Service
Grace Community Services is a division of Grace Services Group ltd. It is a specialist division dedicated to ensuring that visual impairment or any other disability is never a barrier to meaningful, safe, independent and fulfilling life. We deliver specialist support services to visually impaired individuals, to assist them in carrying out work-related activities, community life, home life and we support people with other disabilities overcome barriers arising from their disabilities.
